• Hotel in Kathmandu at B/B Plan
• Peak permit fee
• Experienced Guides and porters during trekking
• Domestic Flights including airport taxes
• Domestic Cargo Charge (Ktm-Luk 60kg and Luk-Ktm 50kg per member)
• Guided Sightseeing as per the itinerary
• Garbage management.
• Porters for Personal Equipments (3 up to B.C and 2 return from B.C per member)
• 3 Meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) along with accommodation on twin sharing basis
• Equipment allowances, daily wages, insurance, food and tents for cook, kitchen boy, liaison officer, Climbing Sherpa

• Bar bills and beverage, EP Gas, Climbing Oxygen and Regulator
• Personal climbing gear above base camp
• Any extra expenses arising out of various situations like natural calamities, landslides, political disturbances, strikes, changes in government rules and regulations
• Any additional staffs other than specified
• Walkie Talkie and Filming permit (If special camera)
